Well, the main reason we got to come to Hawaii was Jerryl and Kei's wedding. (Good excuse anyway!) Jerryl was in our Ward when we served here and has kept in touch with us ever since. We had not met Kei, but felt like we knew her as we would talk with her over the phone. Both of their mothers came from the Phillipines. They were very classy and gracious ladies. I wish we would have had more time to get to know them better. The Temple was beautiful. It was just re-dedicated last November. We saw Jill and Greg Gollaher at the Temple. He is a counselor to the Temple President. I also saw Rachel Smith, and she is heading out to Provo for student teaching. She is from New Zealand, and although wasn't in our Ward, she came to our Temple Night activities. She went to Spanish-speaking Florida on her mission. She said it was great.
