Well I hope you all had a Happy Easter. Zac woke up and found his Easter basket. He was kind enough to share with us too! We had the traditional ham dinner with scalloped potatoes and a wonderful Cherry pie with a crumb topping instead of crust it was wonderful. Thanks to Schmits bakery!
Church was good and this weeks lesson was on The Miracle of Forgiveness. Someone made a comment that I thought was a great way to teach our children about repentance. When one child does something to another child you tell them to go and apologize to that child. To take the lesson of repentance one step further you then take that child into their room and let them then ask Heavenly Father for forgiveness too. It is never to soon to teach our children about the Saviors plan and what a great plan it is so that we can repent and return to Him again.
